Return and Refund Policy
1. Customers can return their order within 15 days from Order date
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Refund of your order can be requested within 15 days of your order date.
4. Refund against the order will be made once we receive the return of the product to our office
5. The returned product must be in an unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for refund
6. Your refund will be credited back via PayU to your debit or credit account that was used at the time of purchase
7. COD charges will not be refunded
8. Even if you were a guest user the same mode of repayment is applicable
9. Product return arrangement needs to be made at your end as we do not have reverse pick up facility
10. For all self - shipped returns we will reimburse the shipping/courier charges at actuals
11. The shipping courier charges incurred needs to be shared with us via email or Whatsapp or message
12. The return shipping charges incurred will be added to the product refund amount and will be paid back via PayU to your authorised account
13. Return product needs to be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
14. You will be intimated on the refund via email Note: The same process is applicable for exchange of products except that we will courier the product instead of initiating the refund. Refund of courier charges applicable.
