We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on www.nuteez.com subject to the following conditions (15 days replacement guarantee):

You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product.

Defective/incorrect product replacement

1. You should notify us of any defects in the product or of any incorrectly shipped product within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We accept return/exchange requests upto a maximum of 15 days from the date on which the product was delivered. 

2.Please email our Customer Service team at care@nuteez.com with regards to your request for exchange/refund.Please mention your Order number, name and contact number in the email.  Kindly note that we do arrange for reverse pick up from our end. 

3.The product returned to us must have the invoice and all its original packaging and accessories, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered must be in an unused condition.

4. As soon as we have received the product,our QC team will check it. If all of the above is in order, we will ship you the replacement product/initiate refund with no additional cost to you.  You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out. 

[ In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the quality requirements above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided.

i. Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.

ii. Product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.

iii. Product has been tampered with.

iv. There is any kind of cologne or perfume smell on the garment.] 

5.We replace a product for sizing issues only once. Please refer the sizing chart provided on the website before placing and confirming your order. 

6. In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.

7.In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments). Please note that the COD charge of Rs75 is non-refundable. 

8.You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on www.nuteez.com.

9.Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s)

3.You can place an order using COD option but, an additional charge of 75 rs is applicable at the final check out.
